Pedro Luiz de Mendonça fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Damian Podolski having to interfere. 22 minutes into the match, Itapitacai AD's goalkeeper Damian Podolski had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jonathan Varela. With a couple of smart ball manuevers José Paulo Fernandez in the 26th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hermínio Botelho saved Electabuzz from getting behind. 29 minutes into the match, Itapitacai AD's goalkeeper Damian Podolski had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jonathan Varela. After 34 minutes Itapitacai AD's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Juninho das Neves who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Christiano Corrêa almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Itapitacai AD's Damian Podolski did a great save. Damian Podolski didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jonathan Varela went, in the 43rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

After 53 played minutes Itapitacai AD got a freekick which was hit by Kauã Corrêa. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gernando Sampaio during the 54th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 53 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Itapitacai AD! After 55 minutes of play, Electabuzz's Juninho das Neves made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Damian Podolski was left in no man's land by his defense there! Jonathan Varela scored 3-0 in the 59th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Damian Podolski, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 63rd play minute José Paulo Fernandez came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Hermínio Botelho. 3-1. In the 65th match minute, Itapitacai AD was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by José Paulo Fernandez to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Electabuzz booed when Itapitacai AD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Claudinho Moreno didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 68th minute of the match Juninho das Neves shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Damian Podolski showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. A collision led to Itapitacai AD getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Gernando Sampaio hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Itapitacai AD's zone, Jonathan Varela stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Damian Podolski came out of the goal and Jonathan Varela tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Itapitacai AD's Damian Podolski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pedro Luiz de Mendonça in the 73rd minute of play. With a little luck, Electabuzz's Hermínio Botelho got control of the ball when Júlio da Silva tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kauã Corrêa in the 81st minute of play forced Electabuzz's goalkeeper Hermínio Botelho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 83 minutes into the match, Itapitacai AD's goal looked a bit too open when Yuri do Vale came free, but Damian Podolski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Christiano Corrêa in the 89th minute of play forced Itapitacai AD's goalkeeper Damian Podolski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Electabuzz getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Yuri do Vale hit a great ball. Itapitacai AD's Damian Podolski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jonathan Varela in the 95th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jonathan Varela in the 97th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Damian Podolski prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Electabuzz walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
