Spectators: 7310 (Terracing: 5484, Seating: 1681, VIP seats: 145) Crystaes's Fausto Pena started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The audience thought a goal was coming when Délio Galvão got free with Nilmar Terra in the 2nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Duda Koehler's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Wiley Hess read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 4th minute of play. After 7 played minutes Crystaes got a freekick which was hit by José Pinho. If Raimundo Hames had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nilmar Terra took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Raimundo Hames, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Raimundo Hames recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Crystaes's zone, Zachary Wojtkiewicz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nilmar Terra came out of the goal and Zachary Wojtkiewicz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Cascata FC's Raimundo Hames in the 45th minute got a chance for a shot 45th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Crystaes's goalie prevented a goal. After having played for 46 minutes, Délio Galvão managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cascata FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Délio Galvão was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Raimundo Hames to make the kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Raimundo Hames in the 53rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nilmar Terra saved Crystaes from getting behind. 56 minutes into the match, Raimundo Hames had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Nilmar Terra. Crystaes's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Raimundo Hames was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Nilmar Terra showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pedro Luiz Saldanha in the 59th minute of the match. 66 minutes into the match, Raimundo Hames notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Crystaes's Nilmar Terra. Nilmar Terra was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 71st minute, Raimundo Hames got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Délio Galvão received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Nilmar Terra tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 76th minute, Délio Galvão got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Raimundo Hames in the 79th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nilmar Terra saved Crystaes from getting behind. After having played for 80 minutes, Délio Galvão managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cascata FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Délio Galvão was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Raimundo Hames in the 83rd minute of play forced Crystaes's goalkeeper Nilmar Terra to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Fred Esteves had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Délio Galvão scored 5-0 in the 90th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Nilmar Terra, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Nilmar Terra made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Raimundo Hames in the 95th minute of play. There was no doubt that Cascata FC were the better team. Cascata FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
