But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cesinha Velloso couldn't finish the play. Luiz Paulo Eger made a fantastic save in the 81st minute, when Cristian Tróia sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cesinha Velloso in the 84th minute of play forced Paracampos SC's goalkeeper Reginaldo Simões to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ian Passos took the ball and in the 89 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Reginaldo Simões.
