The ball went over the crossbar instead. 11 minutes into the game, Agnaldo Gonçalves was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Malla7s's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Salvador Guardas FC the free kick. Agnaldo Gonçalves kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. In the 12th minute of the match Charles da Cunha sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Celsinho Reis skillfully saved the ball. Natã Corrêa might have been able to make a better finish in the 15th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Celsinho Reis. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Natã Corrêa ran back to his position shaking his head. Celsinho Reis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Natã Corrêa in the 16th minute of the match. 16 minutes into the game, Natã Corrêa cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Celsinho Reis was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Haroldo Sabóia struck a weak shot in the 20th minute. Celsinho Reis didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Salvador Guardas FC. After 23 played minutes Salvador Guardas FC got a freekick which was hit by Haroldo Sabóia. After 25 minutes of play, Salvador Guardas FC's Cauan Faria made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Celsinho Reis was left in no man's land by his defense there! Celsinho Reis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Natã Corrêa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Salvador Guardas FC's zone, Andrézinho Trigo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Afonso Munhoz came out of the goal and Andrézinho Trigo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Celsinho Reis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cauan Faria in the 37th minute of the match. Cauan Faria fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Celsinho Reis having to interfere. 44 minutes into the match, Agnaldo Gonçalves notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Salvador Guardas FC's Afonso Munhoz. Afonso Munhoz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Salvador Guardas FC's Natã Corrêa in the 49th minute got a chance for a shot 49th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Malla7s's goalie prevented a goal.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Cauan Faria to make the kick off. Natã Corrêa took the ball and in the 54 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Celsinho Reis. Celsinho Reis dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. Amadeu Soares might have been able to make a better finish in the 59th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Afonso Munhoz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Amadeu Soares ran back to his position shaking his head. Afonso Munhoz came out of the goal in the 67th minute to try and stop a shot by Malla7s's Agnaldo Gonçalves. But to his dismay, Agnaldo Gonçalves quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-3. After having played for 71 minutes, Agnaldo Gonçalves managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Malla7s's supporters crossed their fingers, but Agnaldo Gonçalves was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Salvador Guardas FC's Cauan Faria slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Celsinho Reis. That made the score 3-4 after 74 minutes of play. Celsinho Reis didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 77th minute, which inside left pole to 3-5. If Cauan Faria had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The supporters of Malla7s booed when Salvador Guardas FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Haroldo Sabóia didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cauan Faria in the 94th minute of play forced Malla7s's goalkeeper Celsinho Reis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Andrézinho Trigo hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Salvador Guardas FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
