After having played for 19 minutes, Jaroslaw Matuch managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Comandatuba AD's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jaroslaw Matuch was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jaroslaw Matuch in the 25thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Almir Barros, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 26 minutes into the match, Luiz Paulo Favoretto notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Mocos EC's Almir Barros. Almir Barros was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. But to his dismay, Jaroslaw Matuch quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jaroslaw Matuch stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Luiz Paulo Favoretto scored 4-0 in the 55th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Almir Barros, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Jaroslaw Matuch fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Almir Barros having to interfere. In the 59th minute Luiz Paulo Favoretto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Almir Barros saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Almir Barros prevented the ball from getting in the gole. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Comandatuba AD had played much better football throughout.
