Elano de Souza recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Guilherme Rossi received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Valdemar Bertassi came out and tried to block the shot, but Guilherme Rossi slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 12th minute. Elano de Souza could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 16th minute of the match, but Valdemar Bertassi made a huge save. Afonsinho Cardozo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Albertino Brito, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. 35 minutes into the match, Santiago Raptors FC's goalkeeper Valdemar Bertassi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Elano de Souza. Guilherme Rossi blasted a shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Valdemar Bertassi having to make a save. Valdemar Bertassi made a fantastic save in the 40th minute, when Elano de Souza sent off a good shot on target. In the 41st minute, Guilherme Rossi reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Valdemar Bertassi. The goal made the score 2-0. Santiago Raptors FC's Valdemar Bertassi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Guilherme Rossi in the 46th minute of play.

The wind increased when Albertino Brito made the kick off in the second half. With his leg Afonsinho Cardozo managed to avoid a goal in the 53rdth minute, when Santiago Raptors FC's Wilian Amorim fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Santiago Raptors FC's Valdemar Bertassi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lucas França in the 58th minute of play. Valdemar Bertassi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Guilherme Rossi in the 59th minute of play. Albertino Brito received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Afonsinho Cardozo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Valdemar Bertassi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Elano de Souza, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. Wilian Amorim could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 77th minute of the match, but Afonsinho Cardozo made a huge save.
