Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Luís Matorin took the kick off in the first half of the match. Cyclone Surf Club's Luís Matorin got a good chance for a goal in the 4th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With an all-out effort, Cyclone Surf Club's Leandro Vander threw himself towards the right post 6 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Luís Matorin, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luís Matorin in the 7th minute of play forced Williams Zone's goalkeeper Leandro Vander to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Williams Zone booed when Cyclone Surf Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. César Freire didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 10th minute of the match Elder Ferreira sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Wincenty Domarecki skillfully saved the ball. After some careless play in the Williams Zone defense, Luís Matorin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Leandro Vander. The Williams Zone fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Leandro Vander should have stopped the shot. Leandro Vander didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 22nd minute, which inside left pole to 2-0. Wincenty Domarecki made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Horácio Soares in the 25th minute of play. Leandro Vander came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by Cyclone Surf Club's Vânderson Romero. But to his dismay, Vânderson Romero quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. In the 29th minute, Luís Matorin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 31st minute, Mauro Ticho fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Leandro Vander, passed just outside the right post. Luís Matorin scored 4-0 in the 33rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Leandro Vander, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to Cyclone Surf Club getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. César Freire hit a great ball. Leandro Vander showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luís Matorin, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. Luís Matorin took the ball and in the 42 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Leandro Vander. Leandro Vander dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 46th minute, Luís Matorin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cyclone Surf Club's supporters rose to their feet, but Luís Matorin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Leandro Vander breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 5-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Horácio Soares was the one to do the kick off. 54 minutes into the match, Luís Matorin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Leandro Vander. Williams Zone's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Luís Matorin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-0. Luís Matorin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leandro Vander having to interfere. When Laércio de Sena fell near the penalty area in the 63rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Williams Zone's protests and gave Laércio de Sena a yellow card for diving instead. Laércio de Sena hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. Williams Zone's Leandro Vander played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luís Matorin in the 69th minute of play. In the 70th minute, Luís Matorin left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Cyclone Surf Club fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 7-0. Williams Zone's Leandro Vander played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by César Freire in the 76th minute of play. Luís Matorin scored 8-0 in the 78th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Leandro Vander, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 82nd minute, Luís Matorin left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Cyclone Surf Club fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 9-0. Váldson Moreira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leandro Vander having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Williams Zone's Samuel Godoi got a free kick in the 92nd minute. Leandro Vander showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Váldson Moreira, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Cyclone Surf Club fully deserved thier win.
