Ian Cruz charged in rather forcefully in the 13th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ian Cruz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Ismael Garcia blasted a shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without William Dantas having to make a save. Ismael Garcia scored 0-1 in the 19th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of William Dantas, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to BarSemLona FC getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ismael Garcia to make the kick off. William Dantas made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Renato Batista made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edu Sarmento in the 87th minute of play. BarSemLona FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
