Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Pedrinho Salgado got the match started through his kick off. With a little luck, ZARANIT's Claudinei Mota got control of the ball when Agostinho Saldanha tried to sneak it across the goal line. Arlindo Camargo kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. After 8 minutes, Agostinho Saldanha made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. ZARANIT's Claudinei Mota tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. A hard shot 10 in the game by Agostinho Saldanha from a close distance when the talented Claudinei Mota managed to make a qualified save. ZARANIT's players were relieved. 13 minutes into the match, Roberto Carneiro dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Claudinei Mota, 2-0. If Arlindo Camargo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 19th minute, Guamirim's Pedrinho Salgado dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-0. Agostinho Saldanha succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 4-0 in the 25th playminute. The crowd rose to their feet as Guamirim's Pedrinho Salgado slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Claudinei Mota. That made the score 5-0 after 29 minutes of play. Edgard da Silva showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luiz Fabiano Dionísio in the 34th minute of the match. In the 35th minute, Arlindo Camargo had to be helped off the field due to a pulled leg muscle. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Donatello Marques during the 35th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Guamirim's Donatello Marques got a free kick in the 36th minute. Angelo Arruda didn't quite understand what happened when in the 37 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet. Luiz Fabiano Dionísio's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Edgard da Silva read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 42nd minute of play. Conrado Gomes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. ZARANIT's defense didn't have a chance, in the 46th minute, when Pedrinho Salgado scored to the left of an out of position Claudinei Mota, making the score, 6-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 6-0.
Luiz Fabiano Dionísio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edgard da Silva having to interfere. Luiz Fabiano Dionísio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpected shot in the 66th minute by Luiz Fabiano Dionísio got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Edgard da Silva made an important save on a dangerous shot by Luiz Fabiano Dionísio in the 72nd minute. Claudinei Mota showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Agostinho Saldanha in the 74th minute of the match. Pedrinho Salgado succeeded in the game's 78th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 8-1. In the 81stth minute of the game Agostinho Saldanha who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but ZARANIT's Claudinei Mota was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Edgard da Silva made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from César da Rocha in the 83rd minute of play. In the 85th minute, Luiz Fabiano Dionísio ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Edgard da Silva was frozen by the shot and now it was 8-2. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 88th minute of the game. One of ZARANIT:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Guamirim:s goal. Claudinei Mota went to the wrong direction when Osvaldinho Linhares was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. Hasan Can Civan took the ball and in the 91 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Claudinei Mota. Claudinei Mota dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 9-2. Donatello Marques got his second yellow card in the match during the 96th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After a rather tough play, Guamirim's Donatello Marques got a free kick in the 97th minute. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Guamirim fans cheered their team off the field, for while ZARANIT had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
