Hugon Milko made an important save on a dangerous shot by Simão Furtado in the 10th minute. Franklin Maciel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Alfredão Valladares tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Franklin Maciel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alfredão Valladares having to interfere. 13 minutes into the match, cruzeiro csa's Franklin Maciel sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Alfredão Valladares narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Hugon Milko made a fantastic save in the 15th minute, when Simão Furtado sent off a good shot on target. With a little luck, cruzeiro csa's Hugon Milko got control of the ball when Emerson Berger tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 19th minute, Paulão Moraes ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hugon Milko was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. 23 minutes into the match, Roberto Rezende dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Hugon Milko, 3-0. After some careless play in the cruzeiro csa defense, Emerson Berger kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hugon Milko. The cruzeiro csa fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hugon Milko should have stopped the shot. 35 minutes into the match, cruzeiro csa's goalkeeper Hugon Milko had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Emerson Berger. In the 38th minute of the match, Simão Furtado got a very nice opportunity to score, but Hugon Milko was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. 39 minutes into the match, cruzeiro csa's goal looked a bit too open when Roberto Rezende came free, but Hugon Milko reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 41 minutes of play, Angra's Emerson Berger made it 6-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Hugon Milko was left in no man's land by his defense there! Thanks to some nice moves Emerson Berger could shoot a difficult shot in the 46th minute, which Hugon Milko however easily saved by the left post. If Roberto Rezende had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Af the end of the first half the score was 6-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Roberto Rezende to make the kick off. After 51 played minutes cruzeiro csa got a freekick which was hit by Eduardo Barbosa. In the 52nd minute, Hernani Garcia got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 56th minute Roberto Rezende shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hugon Milko saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. cruzeiro csa's Hugon Milko played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roberto Rezende in the 60th minute of play. In the 61st minute, Emerson Berger made a precise shot to the right of Hugon Milko. cruzeiro csa's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 7-0. When Emerson Berger came up free with the goalie in the 66th minute, the Angra fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Emerson Berger couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Simão Furtado in the 68th minute of play forced cruzeiro csa's goalkeeper Hugon Milko to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hugon Milko showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roberto Rezende in the 70th minute of the match. cruzeiro csa's Hugon Milko played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emerson Berger in the 71st minute of play. In the 74th minute Simão Furtado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hugon Milko saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hugon Milko showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Roberto Rezende, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. 78 minutes into the match, cruzeiro csa's goal looked a bit too open when Emerson Berger came free, but Hugon Milko reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hugon Milko took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zézinho Neiva, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hugon Milko made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 9-0. cruzeiro csa's Hugon Milko played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Simão Furtado in the 94th minute of play. When the referee ended the match the Angra players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
