Abel Lira started the match with the kick off. The The Dark Knight F.C fans' excitement grew in the 6th match minute when The Dark Knight F.C's Miroslaw Dzierwa looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Miroslaw Dzierwa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 16th minute the ball was on its way in behind Rosenrot FC's goalkeeper Kauã de Barros, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 20 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for The Dark Knight F.C! Kauã de Barros showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Miroslaw Dzierwa in the 26th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, Nilmar Almeida managed to get in a good position for a shot. The Dark Knight F.C's supporters rose to their feet, but Nilmar Almeida was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kauã de Barros breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Rosenrot FC getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Paulo Renato Cerezo hit a great ball. Nilmar Almeida's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kauã de Barros read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 37th minute of play. Oswaldo Lago hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Miroslaw Dzierwa stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute Luís Guilherme Passos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kauã de Barros saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 56 minutes, Miroslaw Dzierwa made it 2-1 with a short kick to the right side. Rosenrot FC's Kauã de Barros tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 61 minutes into the game, Rosenrot FC's Francisco Meireles nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Romeu Guimarães made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. Adhemar Travassos kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. Kauã de Barros showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Miroslaw Dzierwa, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. After 70 played minutes Rosenrot FC got a freekick which was hit by Frédson Mazza. The audience was convinced that Miroslaw Dzierwa's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Kauã de Barros was relentless in the 72nd minute of the game. Miroslaw Dzierwa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kauã de Barros having to interfere. After some careless play in the Rosenrot FC defense, Nilmar Almeida kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Kauã de Barros. The Rosenrot FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Kauã de Barros should have stopped the shot. The audience was convinced that Miroslaw Dzierwa's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Kauã de Barros was relentless in the 81st minute of the game. 84 minutes into the match, Rosenrot FC's goal looked a bit too open when Cristóvão Queiroz came free, but Kauã de Barros reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 89 minutes, Francisco Meireles managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rosenrot FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Francisco Meireles was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Romeu Guimarães made a fantastic save in the 91st minute, when Francisco Meireles sent off a good shot on target. After 96 played minutes Rosenrot FC got a freekick which was hit by Paulo Renato Cerezo. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. The Dark Knight F.C had played much better football throughout.
