Murillo Veloso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Davi Costa having to interfere. Davi Costa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jairo Paraíba in the 11th minute of play. When Xanere's Murillo Veloso in the 15th minute got a chance for a shot 15th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Bad Machine's goalie prevented a goal. Nildo Koehler fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Frank de Lara having to interfere. If Murillo Veloso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a defensive mix-up in Bad Machine's zone, Jairo Paraíba stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Davi Costa came out of the goal and Jairo Paraíba tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Bad Machine's Davi Costa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Murillo Veloso in the 31st minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Murillo Veloso in the 35th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Davi Costa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 37th minute Murillo Veloso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Davi Costa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Remo Araújo in the 42ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Frank de Lara, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After having played for 45 minutes, Nildo Koehler managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bad Machine's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nildo Koehler was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Murillo Veloso stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 57th minute Murillo Veloso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Davi Costa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gerson Ribeiro struck a weak shot in the 59th minute. Frank de Lara didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bad Machine. If Gerson Ribeiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 63 minutes into the match, Xanere's Jairo Paraíba sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Davi Costa narrowly saved just below the crossbar. A collision led to Bad Machine getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Remo Araújo hit a great ball. Davi Costa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Murillo Veloso in the 66th minute of the match. Jairo Paraíba who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 72ndth minute tested the skills of Davi Costa when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After a defensive mix-up in Bad Machine's zone, Jairo Paraíba stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Davi Costa came out of the goal and Jairo Paraíba tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 79th minute Gerson Ribeiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Frank de Lara saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Xanere defense, Gerson Ribeiro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Frank de Lara. The Xanere fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Frank de Lara should have stopped the shot. The Xanere players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Bad Machine from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
