Spectators: 7208 (Terracing: 5408, Seating: 1657, VIP seats: 143) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Reinaldo Loureiro kicked off to start the match. Dudu Britto scored 0-1 in the 4th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Doni Velasco, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Alexsandro Porto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Doni Velasco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alexsandro Porto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When White Rhinoceros's Reinaldo Loureiro in the 12th minute got a chance for a shot 12th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Di Bobeira F.C.'s goalie prevented a goal. Dedé Esteves recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Eduardo Maia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Reinaldo Loureiro in the 15th minute of play. Reinaldo Loureiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eduardo Maia having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Di Bobeira F.C.'s Lino Cosme got a free kick in the 20th minute. Vladimir Borges kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. After 25 played minutes, White Rhinoceros's Vladimir Borges shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Eduardo Maia came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in White Rhinoceros reached it. After having played for 27 minutes, Gugu Rosa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. White Rhinoceros's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gugu Rosa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 29 minutes into the match, Di Bobeira F.C.'s goalkeeper Eduardo Maia had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dedé Esteves. Iuri Tasso struck a weak shot in the 31st minute. Eduardo Maia didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for White Rhinoceros. Doni Velasco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alexsandro Porto in the 35th minute of play. If Dedé Esteves had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Reinaldo Loureiro came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the White Rhinoceros fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Reinaldo Loureiro couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in Di Bobeira F.C.'s zone, Dedé Esteves stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eduardo Maia came out of the goal and Dedé Esteves tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Dedé Esteves received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Eduardo Maia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

After having played for 54 minutes, Dudu Britto managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Di Bobeira F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Dudu Britto was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 64th minute Dedé Esteves shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eduardo Maia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. White Rhinoceros's Doni Velasco proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 70th minute of the match, managed to save White Rhinoceros from getting a goal against them. In the 75th minute the ball was on its way in behind Di Bobeira F.C.'s goalkeeper Eduardo Maia, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 76 minutes of play, White Rhinoceros's Reinaldo Loureiro made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Eduardo Maia was left in no man's land by his defense there! Gugu Rosa hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. After 90 played minutes Di Bobeira F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Hélder Fonseca. Di Bobeira F.C. succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though White Rhinoceros had controlled the match.
