Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Acácio Silva kicked off to start the match. After 7 minutes, Germano Montenegro mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bandeirante FC and the Seival players grew even worse after the yellow card. During the 11th minute of the match Germano Montenegro completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Germano Montenegro a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 13th minute, Germano Montenegro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Agnaldo Madureira was left in no man's land by his defense there! Pedro Paulo Madureira's late challenge caught a Bandeirante FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Pedro Paulo Madureira helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Seival getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Pedro Paulo Madureira hit a great ball. Pedro Paulo Madureira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Afonsinho de Alcântara having to interfere. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Amauri Paulista stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Amauri Paulista blasted a shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Afonsinho de Alcântara having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Amauri Paulista in the 59th minute of play forced Bandeirante FC's goalkeeper Afonsinho de Alcântara to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Juvenal Nascimento fell near the penalty area in the 61st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Seival's protests and gave Juvenal Nascimento a yellow card for diving instead. Juvenal Nascimento kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. Otávio Nóbrega received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Agnaldo Madureira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Bandeirante FC booed when Seival was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dênis Paes didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 90th match minute, Bandeirante FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Otávio Nóbrega to maneuver through the defense. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Bandeirante FC players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
