Granjeiro's Ademar Ortiz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Natanael do Valle in the 12th minute of play. Tadeu Brasil hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. A collision led to Feijones getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Tadeu Brasil hit a great ball. The supporters of Granjeiro booed when Feijones was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tadeu Brasil didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 23rd minute, Reginaldo Corrêa left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Granjeiro fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. In the 27thth minute of the game Ramiro Saldanha who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Feijones's Witalis Lichniak was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of Granjeiro booed when Feijones was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tadeu Brasil didn't get a good kick on the ball. Witalis Lichniak was out of position in the 34 minute of play, and Fiori Fernandes capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Witalis Lichniak showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ramiro Saldanha in the 64th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dé Travassos in the 65th minute of play forced Feijones's goalkeeper Witalis Lichniak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ramiro Saldanha fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Witalis Lichniak having to interfere. Ramiro Saldanha's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Witalis Lichniak read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 69th minute of play. Granjeiro's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Ramiro Saldanha in the 70th minute.
