Wild Arms's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Edmond Stessel was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edmond Stessel in the 22nd minute of play forced Wild Arms's goalkeeper Juan Souza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Diamantino Veloso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anderson Paraíba in the 23rd minute of the match. The referee felt a red card was in order, 31 minutes into the game, when Samuca Perez put in a rough tackle. 37 minutes into the match, Itapevy's Wellington Lopez sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Juan Souza narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 39th minute, Edmond Stessel got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The wind increased when Anderson Paraíba made the kick off in the second half. Jacek Chazon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Juan Souza having to interfere. In the 56thth minute of the game Edmond Stessel who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Wild Arms's Juan Souza was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Itapevy's Diamantino Veloso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anderson Paraíba in the 58th minute of play. The supporters of Itapevy booed when Wild Arms was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alan Neves didn't get a good kick on the ball. Edmond Stessel's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Juan Souza read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 65th minute of play. In the 66th minute, Edmond Stessel fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Juan Souza, passed just outside the right post. With an all-out effort, Itapevy's Juan Souza threw himself towards the right post 74 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Edmond Stessel, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Itapevy's Wellington Lopez managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Luís Fábio de Sena in the 78 minute of the game. 79 minutes into the match, Wild Arms's goal looked a bit too open when Edmond Stessel came free, but Juan Souza reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had been going on for 82 minutes, Itapevy's Matheus Velloso got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Juan Souza. Zé Augusto Borges fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Juan Souza having to interfere. In the 88th minute Manoel Branco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Diamantino Veloso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Diamantino Veloso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vivaldo Barros in the 90th minute of the match. Juan Souza took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edmond Stessel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 95th minute, Edmond Stessel made a precise shot to the right of Juan Souza. Wild Arms's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-3. Edmond Stessel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 99th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Juan Souza having to interfere. The Wild Arms fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Itapevy were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
