Benjamim Meirelles helped the player get up and apologised. In the 11th match minute, Bertinho SS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Benjamim Meirelles to maneuver through the defense. Felippe Messias kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Felippe Messias in the 18th minute of play forced Bertinho SS's goalkeeper Walmir Fantini to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bertinho SS's supporters rose to their feet, but Gilson Baiano was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Paulo Vieira breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Davi Urbano hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. After 34 minutes, Gilson Baiano mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bertinho SS and the White Walkers players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Bertinho SS getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Gilson Baiano hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, White Walkers's Cléber Brodel got a free kick in the 38th minute. In the 39th minute, Benjamim Meirelles ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Paulo Vieira was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. If Benjamim Meirelles had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 48 minutes into the match, White Walkers's Felippe Messias sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Walmir Fantini narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

Bertinho SS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gilson Baiano was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 71 minutes of play, Bertinho SS's Dino de Castro made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Paulo Vieira was left in no man's land by his defense there! Dino de Castro kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. In the 84th minute the ball was on its way in behind White Walkers's goalkeeper Paulo Vieira, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Hugo Viana hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gilson Baiano in the 91st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Paulo Vieira saved White Walkers from getting behind. Dráuzio Vale took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 94th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Paulo Vieira. White Walkers's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line.
