When Eugeniusz Wydrych came up free with the goalie in the 7th minute, the Pombinhos SC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eugeniusz Wydrych couldn't finish the play. If Javi Martinez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 10 minutes into the game, Renatinho Pirani was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Joppeman's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pombinhos SC the free kick. The supporters of Pombinhos SC booed when Joppeman was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Renatinho Pirani didn't get a good kick on the ball. Wiktor Kiewra sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ramón Madureira got free with Paulo José da Rocha in the 13th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Paulo José da Rocha showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eugeniusz Wydrych in the 14th minute of the match. The supporters of Pombinhos SC booed when Joppeman was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alberto Custódio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice moves Vivaldo da Silva could shoot a difficult shot in the 23rd minute, which Paulo José da Rocha however easily saved by the left post. 1-0 became the score in the 25th minute when Babhruvahana Waaddegaard elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Paulo José da Rocha came out of the goal in the 28th minute to try and stop a shot by Pombinhos SC's Eugeniusz Wydrych. But to his dismay, Eugeniusz Wydrych quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. After 35 minutes of play, Pombinhos SC's Wiktor Kiewra made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Paulo José da Rocha was left in no man's land by his defense there! 39 minutes into the game, Pombinhos SC's Babhruvahana Waaddegaard nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Paulo José da Rocha made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. Paulo José da Rocha took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eugeniusz Wydrych, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Eugeniusz Wydrych was the one to do the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Joppeman's goal looked a bit too open when Eugeniusz Wydrych came free, but Paulo José da Rocha reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 53 minutes of play, Pombinhos SC's Ramón Madureira made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Paulo José da Rocha was left in no man's land by his defense there! The supporters of Pombinhos SC booed when Joppeman was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aírton Peixoto didn't get a good kick on the ball. Paulo José da Rocha made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eugeniusz Wydrych in the 65th minute of play. 67 minutes into the match, Eugeniusz Wydrych notched a goal, 7-0, to the right of Joppeman's Paulo José da Rocha. Paulo José da Rocha was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Eduardo Paraíba kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. Babhruvahana Waaddegaard received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Paulo José da Rocha tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 88 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Pombinhos SC's Eugeniusz Wydrych fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. Joppeman's Paulo José da Rocha played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eugeniusz Wydrych in the 90th minute of play. When Ramón Madureira came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Pombinhos SC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ramón Madureira couldn't finish the play. Válbson das Neves received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Paulo José da Rocha tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ramón Madureira recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
