In the 15th match minute, Parobe was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Benê Rosa to maneuver through the defense. With his leg Isaltino Baptista managed to avoid a goal in the 17thth minute, when Bactéria F. C.'s Eliseu Freitas fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Caetano Faustino took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Claudinei dos Santos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Vladimir Romero hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. A collision led to Bactéria F. C. getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Albertinho Jacinto hit a great ball. Marcelinho Paraense hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. Rodrigo Mota sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. Rodrigo Mota recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 38th minute, Claudinei dos Santos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 39th minute, Rodrigo Mota got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Claudinei dos Santos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Claudinei dos Santos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 48th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rodrigo Mota fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Caetano Faustino having to interfere. The Bactéria F. C. players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Parobe were winning 0-1.

Bactéria F. C.'s attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by José Pedro Tepedino in the 54th minute. After taking down the ball on Bactéria F. The supporters of Parobe booed when Bactéria F. C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Belchior Branco didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Bactéria F. C. fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Parobe were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
