Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) 6 minutes into the match, Domingos's goalkeeper Erik Meira had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Patrício Paranaense. Inácio Carneiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Paulinho Furtado, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. When the match clock showed 11 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Patrício Paranaense sped through Domingos's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Erik Meira. After 14 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Domingos! In the 17th minute there was a penalty for Mutuipe. Rubinho Pontes stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Erik Meira. 2-0. Patrício Paranaense sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpected shot in the 28th minute by Patrício Paranaense got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. After a rather tough play, Domingos's Paulinho Furtado got a free kick in the 32nd minute. 34 minutes into the match, Rubinho Pontes dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Erik Meira, 3-0. Erik Meira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rubinho Pontes in the 38th minute of play. In the 41st minute, Rubinho Pontes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Erik Meira stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rubinho Pontes's shot from short distance in the 45th minute. Inácio Carneiro came out of the goal in the 48th minute to try and stop a shot by Domingos's Paulinho Furtado. But to his dismay, Paulinho Furtado quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Rubinho Pontes to make the kick off. After 54 played minutes Domingos got a freekick which was hit by Paulinho Furtado. After a defensive mix-up in Domingos's zone, Patrício Paranaense stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Erik Meira came out of the goal and Patrício Paranaense tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Rubinho Pontes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rubinho Pontes in the 61st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Erik Meira saved Domingos from getting behind. Erik Meira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rubinho Pontes in the 63rd minute of play. Erik Meira didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Patrício Paranaense went, in the 75th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-1 was the resulting score. In the 78th minute, Richard Esteves hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Erik Meira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Patrício Paranaense, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Domingos's Erik Meira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rubinho Pontes in the 84th minute of play. Erik Meira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rubinho Pontes in the 86th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Rubinho Pontes's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Erik Meira was relentless in the 87th minute of the game. In the 91st minute, Rubinho de Godoy hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 92 minutes into the match, Mutuipe's goalkeeper Inácio Carneiro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kléberson Mota.
