Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Tiago Neto kicked off to start the match. Zé Pedro Pitta took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tiago Neto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 8 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Unidos do Chora! After 12 minutes, Fernandão Godoi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Celtic Futebol Clube and the Unidos do Chora players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Celtic Futebol Clube getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Fernandão Godoi hit a great ball. Zé Pedro Pitta stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tiago Neto's shot from short distance in the 14th minute. Cesinha Brasil showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cipriano Hoffmann in the 30th minute of the match. Marcel Donato took the ball and in the 38 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cesinha Brasil. Cesinha Brasil dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. Tiago Neto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zé Pedro Pitta having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Celtic Futebol Clube's zone, André Cardoso stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zé Pedro Pitta came out of the goal and André Cardoso tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Tiago Neto might have been able to make a better finish in the 43rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Zé Pedro Pitta. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tiago Neto ran back to his position shaking his head. If Serginho Vieira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 47th minute Cipriano Hoffmann shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cesinha Brasil saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Disappointed in the 1-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

In the 52nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Unidos do Chora's goalkeeper Cesinha Brasil, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Tiago Neto scored 2-3 in the 53rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Zé Pedro Pitta, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Samuca do Vale lost his temper 57 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. Vito Lucas was unfortunally a little to anxious and the ball went outside the goal. Cesinha Brasil made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcel Donato in the 62nd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Unidos do Chora's Gláuber Mendes got a free kick in the 63rd minute. Serginho Vieira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zé Pedro Pitta having to interfere. Zé Pedro Pitta tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 84th minute the ball was on its way in behind Celtic Futebol Clube's goalkeeper Zé Pedro Pitta, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Celtic Futebol Clube's Zé Pedro Pitta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by André Cardoso in the 88th minute of play. After 89 minutes Celtic Futebol Clube's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Tiago Neto who took care of the corner kick. A well done corner resulted in Arnaldo Mattos drilling the ball in to score 4-3 behind Celtic Futebol Clube's goalkeeper. Unidos do Chora were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Celtic Futebol Clube for a fine match.
