Jonathan Menendo was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 9th minute. Pirizal SC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Leandro Koehler showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lúcio Dante, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. A collision led to Pirizal SC getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Sidney Teixeira hit a great ball. Lucjan Barniszke hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. Vítor Paulista shot a long shot in the 14th minute and a light blocked Leandro Koehler hadn't a chance when the ball went into goal on his right side. It was 0-2. Jonathan Menendo struck a weak shot in the 23rd minute. Ivo de Azevedo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pirizal SC. After having played for 26 minutes, Jonathan Menendo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pirizal SC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jonathan Menendo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Leandro Koehler didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Acorizal FC's Wiliam Maciel shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-3 in the ordered_time% minute. Lúcio Dante charged in rather forcefully in the 39th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Lúcio Dante the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Pirizal SC booed when Acorizal FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lúcio Dante didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Jonathan Menendo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-3.

Leandro Koehler made an important save on a dangerous shot by Wiliam Maciel in the 55th minute. Sidney Teixeira hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. After 64 minutes of play, Pirizal SC's Elói Galvão made it 2-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ivo de Azevedo was left in no man's land by his defense there! Leandro Koehler came out of the goal in the 68th minute to try and stop a shot by Acorizal FC's Wiliam Maciel. But to his dismay, Wiliam Maciel quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-4. 71 minutes into the game, Acorizal FC's Roger Maranhense nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Leandro Koehler made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-5. Arnaldo Rosa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Ivo de Azevedo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Leandro Koehler made a fantastic save in the 76th minute, when Wiliam Maciel sent off a good shot on target. Wiliam Maciel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Leandro Koehler showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Simão Sampaio in the 80th minute of the match. Ivo de Azevedo came out of the goal in the 83rd minute to try and stop a shot by Pirizal SC's Otávio Correia. But to his dismay, Otávio Correia quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-5. The crowd rose to their feet as Simão Sampaio kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Leandro Koehler. That made the score 3-6 in the 87 minute of play. Ivo de Azevedo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Elói Galvão, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. Pirizal SC's Leandro Koehler played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Simão Sampaio in the 95th minute of play. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Acorizal FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
