An unexpectedly hard shot by Jailson Bueno in the 17th minute of play forced Monlolo's goalkeeper Sandro Soares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Nuno Tasso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 24th minute Jailson Bueno shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sandro Soares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nuno Tasso in the 56th minute of play forced Smesh's goalkeeper Glauco Ramos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Smesh's Glauco Ramos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nuno Tasso in the 58th minute of play. If Jailson Bueno had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jailson Bueno fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sandro Soares having to interfere. Smesh's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Monlolo had won, even though Smesh had held more of the ball.
