Caranahyba's César Domingues played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nestor Lago in the 23rd minute of play. Benedito Bezerra's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 29thth minute, César Domingues skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. César Domingues stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Nestor Lago's shot from short distance in the 33rd minute. César Domingues made a fantastic save in the 34th minute, when Benedito Bezerra sent off a good shot on target. In the 36th minute, Nestor Lago left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Bumbeers FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Marcelo Galvão to strike the kick off in the second half. Alexandre Bittencourt charged in rather forcefully in the 76th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Alexandre Bittencourt the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The Caranahyba fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that César Domingues should have stopped the shot. César Domingues showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benedito Bezerra, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute.
