Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Adalberto Baptista kicked off to start the match. 6 minutes into the match, Carlos Eduardo Travassos had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Clemente de Lima. Farinha FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Carlos Eduardo Travassos was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Adalberto Baptista succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-1 in the 10th playminute. Bas Kamps scored 1-2 in the 14th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Clemente de Lima, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 17th match minute, Farinha FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ruy do Nascimento to maneuver through the defense. Kevin Paulin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ruy do Nascimento, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kevin Paulin came out of the goal in the 23rd minute to try and stop a shot by Farinha FC's Adalberto Baptista. But to his dismay, Adalberto Baptista quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. In the 33rd minute Carlos Eduardo Travassos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Clemente de Lima saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 35th minute, Tales Antunes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Clemente de Lima showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bas Kamps, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. 39 minutes into the game, Ruy do Nascimento lined in a short shot 3-2 behind a frustrated Kevin Paulin. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-2. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Bas Kamps to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd match minute, Gremio Guajuvirense was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luís Fábio Barbosa to maneuver through the defense. In the 54th minute, one of Gremio Guajuvirense:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Gremio Guajuvirense. In the 55th minute there was a penalty for Farinha FC. Osvaldo Reis stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Kevin Paulin. 4-2. In the 59th minute, Wellington Bastos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gremio Guajuvirense's Lúcio Mazza quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Osvaldo Reis, made in the 61st minute of the game. Arthur Bueno hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. Kevin Paulin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ruy do Nascimento, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 73 minutes, Ruy do Nascimento managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Farinha FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ruy do Nascimento was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the match had gone on for 75 minutes, Carlos Eduardo Travassos took a quick shot and it went in 4-3 without a chance for Clemente de Lima to make any attempt to save it. 93 minutes into the game, Patrício de Mendonça was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Gremio Guajuvirense's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Farinha FC the free kick. A collision led to Gremio Guajuvirense getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Patrício de Mendonça hit a great ball. Kevin Paulin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ruy do Nascimento in the 99th minute of play.
