A collision led to Alvino getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Falcão de Amaral hit a great ball. Duarte Pinheiro kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. The supporters of Aroazes booed when Alvino was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adrianinho Terra didn't get a good kick on the ball. Wincent Nigbor blasted a shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Cesinha Carneiro having to make a save. Alvino's Cesinha Carneiro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 18th minute of the match, managed to save Alvino from getting a goal against them. In the 22nd minute, José Nogueira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cesinha Carneiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wincent Nigbor in the 24th minute of play. Severino Amorim fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cesinha Carneiro having to interfere. Wincent Nigbor received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Cesinha Carneiro came out and tried to block the shot, but Wincent Nigbor slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 35th minute. Benjamim da Fonseca hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. In the 40th minute, Adrianinho Terra got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Joel Tuur showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Augusto de Godoi in the 42nd minute of the match.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Wincent Nigbor to make the kick off. Aroazes's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Severino Amorim in the 54th minute. Fiori Messias was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. 57 minutes into the match, Jorginho Favoretto notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Alvino's Cesinha Carneiro. Cesinha Carneiro was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The supporters of Alvino booed when Aroazes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Benjamim da Fonseca didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alvino's Arthur Pirani was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Joel Tuur in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 67th minute the ball was on its way in behind Aroazes's goalkeeper Joel Tuur, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Cesinha Carneiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wincent Nigbor in the 69th minute of the match. 74 minutes into the game, Severino Amorim cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Cesinha Carneiro was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Michel Östlund charged in rather forcefully in the 76th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Michel Östlund the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 76 played minutes Aroazes got a freekick which was hit by Michel Östlund. Adrianinho Terra struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. Joel Tuur didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Alvino. An unexpected shot in the 80th minute by Augusto de Godoi got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. If Adrianinho Terra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Severino Amorim received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Cesinha Carneiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Aroazes had played much better football throughout.
