The referee ignored Revencia FC's protests and gave Adhemar Perez a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Revencia FC getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Adhemar Perez hit a great ball. Eliseu de Castro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Umberto Andrade having to interfere. Umberto Andrade showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jonatan Natal, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. A collision led to Revencia FC getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Silvério Munhoz hit a great ball. In the 37th match minute, Revencia FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adhemar Perez to maneuver through the defense. Cajazeiras's Jonatan Natal got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jonatan Natal in the 42nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Umberto Andrade prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 44thth minute of the game Jonatan Natal who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Revencia FC's Umberto Andrade was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Silvério Munhoz struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Enrique Lucas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Revencia FC.

In the 95th minute the ball was on its way in behind Revencia FC's goalkeeper Umberto Andrade, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The Revencia FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Cajazeiras were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
