When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

In the 90thth minute of the game Manfredo dos Santos who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but São Paulo Futebol Clube's Basílio Toscano was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Basílio Toscano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Manfredo dos Santos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Saco de Pancada had played much better football throughout.
