After some careless play in the Ultra Copos BR defense, Alan Senna kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ezequiel Luz. The Ultra Copos BR fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ezequiel Luz should have stopped the shot. Ezequiel Luz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eduardo Penha in the 15th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Ultra Copos BR's zone, Alan Senna stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ezequiel Luz came out of the goal and Alan Senna tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ultra Copos BR's Ezequiel Luz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alan Senna in the 25th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Ultra Copos BR's Alfredão Alcântara got a free kick in the 30th minute. 31 minutes into the match, Daier FC's Arí Donatello broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. When João Paulo Cardozo came up free with the goalie in the 37th minute, the Ultra Copos BR fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that João Paulo Cardozo couldn't finish the play. With a little luck, Daier FC's João Adolfo de Carvalho got control of the ball when Dieguinho Donatello tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 45th minute João Paulo Cardozo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but João Adolfo de Carvalho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Eduardo Penha fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ezequiel Luz having to interfere. Dieguinho Donatello fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without João Adolfo de Carvalho having to interfere. João Adolfo de Carvalho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from João Paulo Cardozo in the 56th minute of play. Dieguinho Donatello recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Dalmo Trigo charged in rather forcefully in the 63rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dalmo Trigo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 63rd minute, Dalmo Trigo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Eriberto Quirino took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 64th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for João Adolfo de Carvalho. Daier FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. When Norberto de Carvalho fell near the penalty area in the 65th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Daier FC's protests and gave Norberto de Carvalho a yellow card for diving instead. After 65 played minutes Daier FC got a freekick which was hit by Norberto de Carvalho. Eduardo Penha came free with the goalkeeper in the 68th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Ezequiel Luz could save by the left post. In the 74th minute of the match Pedrinho Vasconcelos shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but João Adolfo de Carvalho showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Alan Senna fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ezequiel Luz having to interfere. João Paulo Cardozo struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. João Adolfo de Carvalho didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ultra Copos BR. João Adolfo de Carvalho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from João Paulo Cardozo in the 96th minute of play. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Daier FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
