The supporters of Relampago booed when Stants Germany was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Washington Pereira didn't get a good kick on the ball. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Franklin Esteves couldn't finish the play. 69 minutes into the match, Relampago's goalkeeper Benjamin Carioca had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Evandro Lucas. Stants Germany's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
