Rodrigo Berger fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eusébio Dracena having to interfere. Franklin Alves didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 9th minute, which inside left pole to 1-0. When Jailson Gonçalves came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the Real Olympic fans jumped to their feet. Adilson Moura recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tiago Cruz charged in rather forcefully in the 35th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jailson Gonçalves stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Real Olympic were awarded a corner in the 58th minute after Bulhufas F.C's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Zeca Moura took the corner. The corner led to Real Olympic's Osvaldinho de Souza getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Franklin Alves was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Real Olympic fans cheered their team off the field, for while Bulhufas F.C had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
