A collision led to SAJianos FC getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Válbson Ortiz hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 15th minute, Ramiro de Almeida managed to get in a good position for a shot. Confrade A.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Ramiro de Almeida was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gernando Saldanha breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. SAJianos FC's Gernando Saldanha played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maurício Toledo in the 29th minute of play. After having played for 32 minutes, Hugo Esparteiro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Confrade A.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Hugo Esparteiro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Maurício Toledo in the 35th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gernando Saldanha saved SAJianos FC from getting behind. Vinícius Sena kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. 43 minutes into the match, Maurício Toledo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gernando Saldanha. SAJianos FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Maurício Toledo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 2-2 after a close first half.

Maurício Toledo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gernando Saldanha having to interfere. 59 minutes into the match, SAJianos FC's goalkeeper Gernando Saldanha had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Maurício Toledo. 63 minutes into the game, Juarês Chaves recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Gernando Saldanha. Juarês Chaves showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-4. Gernando Saldanha showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maurício Toledo in the 67th minute of the match. After 68 minutes of play, Confrade A.C.'s Juarês Chaves made it 2-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gernando Saldanha was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ricardinho Bertassi struck a weak shot in the 72nd minute. Gernando Saldanha didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Confrade A.C.. Gernando Saldanha didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 74th minute, which inside left pole to 2-6. In the 77th minute, Confrade A.C.'s Maurício Toledo ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Gernando Saldanha. Gernando Saldanha yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-7. 80 minutes into the game, Maurício Toledo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-8. Gernando Saldanha was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Gernando Saldanha showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maurício Toledo, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. Ricardinho Bertassi's late challenge caught a SAJianos FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ricardinho Bertassi helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Confrade A.C. getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Ricardinho Bertassi hit a great ball. After having played for 87 minutes, Orlando Miranda managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SAJianos FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Orlando Miranda was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Juarês Chaves took the ball and in the 89 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gernando Saldanha. Gernando Saldanha dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-9. Confrade A.C.'s Ricardinho Bertassi managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Pedro das Neves in the 92 minute of the game. Orlando Miranda hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. A hard shot by Ramiro de Almeida from long distance, 96 minutes into the match, got Gernando Saldanha's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. When the final whistle sounded Confrade A.C. left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than SAJianos FC.
