Eusébio Couto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luizinho Sampaio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lauro Veloso recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 4th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Lauro Veloso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Eusébio Couto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Luizinho Sampaio struck a weak shot in the 10th minute. Eusébio Couto didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Maracuja. Murillo Antunes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jardel Eger in the 29th minute of the match. After having played for 38 minutes, Lauro Veloso managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Maracuja's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lauro Veloso was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Murillo Antunes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dinei Brodel in the 42nd minute of play. Luizinho Sampaio struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. Eusébio Couto didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Maracuja. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Luizinho Sampaio in the 47th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Eusébio Couto saved HeaD HunTerZ ™ from getting behind. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

54 minutes into the game, Gugu Velloso was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Maracuja's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave HeaD HunTerZ ™ the free kick. 58 minutes into the match, Maracuja's Luizinho Sampaio sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Eusébio Couto narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 60th minute, Dinei Brodel managed to get in a good position for a shot. HeaD HunTerZ ™'s supporters rose to their feet, but Dinei Brodel was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Murillo Antunes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Murillo Antunes stood somewhat misplaced when Dinei Brodel came free in front of goal and shot 0-2 to the left of him in the 68 minute. After a defensive mix-up in HeaD HunTerZ ™'s zone, Luizinho Sampaio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eusébio Couto came out of the goal and Luizinho Sampaio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Lauro Veloso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eusébio Couto having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Luizinho Sampaio in the 84th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Eusébio Couto saved HeaD HunTerZ ™ from getting behind. Jardel Eger received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Murillo Antunes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dinei Brodel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 97th minute the ball was on its way in behind Maracuja's goalkeeper Murillo Antunes, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. HeaD HunTerZ ™'s supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
