Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Hílton Correia made the kick off which started today's match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cesinha Medeiros in the 3rd minute of play forced Barracao's goalkeeper Michel Schmidt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hílton Correia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aírton Toledo having to interfere. Hílton Correia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match had gone on for 14 minutes, Hílton Correia took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Aírton Toledo to make any attempt to save it. When Cristais Paulista F.C.'s Cesinha Medeiros in the 22nd minute got a chance for a shot 22nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Barracao's goalie prevented a goal. Afonsinho Chaves received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Michel Schmidt tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Michel Schmidt came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by Cristais Paulista F.C.'s Afonsinho Chaves. But to his dismay, Afonsinho Chaves quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. After a defensive mix-up in Barracao's zone, Cesinha Medeiros stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Michel Schmidt came out of the goal and Cesinha Medeiros tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Arlindo Ferraz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Arlindo Ferraz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Aírton Toledo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Arlindo Ferraz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Arlindo Ferraz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Afonsinho Chaves made the kick off in the second half. In the 56th minute, Nilmar Salles hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Arlindo Ferraz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Aírton Toledo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Aírton Toledo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hílton Correia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Cesinha Medeiros had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nilmar Salles sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Michel Schmidt stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Afonsinho Chaves's shot from short distance in the 66th minute. Cesinha Medeiros fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Michel Schmidt having to interfere. A hard shot 72 in the game by Cesinha Medeiros from a close distance when the talented Michel Schmidt managed to make a qualified save. Barracao's players were relieved. Marcinho Freire kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Cristais Paulista F.C.'s Afonsinho Chaves slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Michel Schmidt. That made the score 1-2 after 84 minutes of play. 93 minutes into the match, Barracao's goal looked a bit too open when Nilmar Salles came free, but Michel Schmidt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Afonsinho Chaves received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 99th minute. Michel Schmidt tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Cristais Paulista F.C. had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
