Paulistano Futebol Clube's Armandinho Cordeiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elias Leão in the 17th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Igor Schmidt in the 19th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Armandinho Cordeiro saved Paulistano Futebol Clube from getting behind. 24 minutes into the match, Paulistano Futebol Clube's goal looked a bit too open when Jairo Seco came free, but Armandinho Cordeiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Geovânio Rezende hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Variani Sport Club's zone, Raphael Travassos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. 吕夕文 came out of the goal and Raphael Travassos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Paulistano Futebol Clube were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest.
