Evandro Matorin might have been able to make a better finish in the 4th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Luizão Seco. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Evandro Matorin ran back to his position shaking his head. Válbson Baiano, 5 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. In the 6th match minute, L.Kings F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fernando Chaves to maneuver through the defense. 9 minutes into the game, Cafu Sarmento was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. L.Kings F.C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Dedos Futebol Clube the free kick. Dedos Futebol Clube's Abelardo da Costa was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 10th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Waldemar Santos hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. If Cafu Sarmento had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Abelardo da Costa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 21st minute, Evandro Matorin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 22 minutes into the match, L.Kings F.C.'s goalkeeper Luizão Seco had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Abelardo da Costa. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cafu Sarmento in the 27th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Baltazar Arantes prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, Dedos Futebol Clube's Tiago Queiroz got a free kick in the 27th minute. 32 minutes into the match, Dedos Futebol Clube's goal looked a bit too open when Cafu Sarmento came free, but Baltazar Arantes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cafu Sarmento sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Dedos Futebol Clube's Gilson Massa got a free kick in the 36th minute. After 45 played minutes L.Kings F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Carlos Augusto Arósio. After recieving a nice pass, Dedos Futebol Clube's Válbson Baiano tried to score from far away in the 46th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The wind increased when Cafu Sarmento made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Evandro Matorin in the 51st minute of play forced L.Kings F.C.'s goalkeeper Luizão Seco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Abelardo da Costa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luizão Seco having to interfere. 55 minutes into the match, Dedos Futebol Clube's goalkeeper Baltazar Arantes had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Túlio de Lara. Abelardo da Costa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Luizão Seco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 58 minutes, Túlio de Lara managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. L.Kings F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Túlio de Lara was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Tiago Queiroz kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. L.Kings F.C.'s Túlio de Lara got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Baltazar Arantes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cafu Sarmento in the 65th minute of the match. When Túlio de Lara came up free with the goalie in the 67th minute, the L.Kings F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Túlio de Lara couldn't finish the play. L.Kings F.C.'s Luizão Seco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abelardo da Costa in the 69th minute of play. Abelardo da Costa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cafu Sarmento sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 79th match minute, Dedos Futebol Clube was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gilson Massa to maneuver through the defense. After 80 played minutes, L.Kings F.C.'s Dino Penha shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Baltazar Arantes came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in L.Kings F.C. reached it. A collision led to Dedos Futebol Clube getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Waldemar Santos hit a great ball. 82 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when L.Kings F.C.'s Cafu Sarmento fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. Dedos Futebol Clube's Baltazar Arantes proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 84th minute of the match, managed to save Dedos Futebol Clube from getting a goal against them. Cafu Sarmento blasted a shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Baltazar Arantes having to make a save. Dedos Futebol Clube's Baltazar Arantes proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 87th minute of the match, managed to save Dedos Futebol Clube from getting a goal against them. Tiago Queiroz's late challenge caught a L.Kings F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tiago Queiroz helped the player get up and apologised. Túlio de Lara's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 89thth minute, Baltazar Arantes skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Abelardo da Costa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Luizão Seco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Luizão Seco didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Evandro Matorin went, in the 95th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Dedos Futebol Clube were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of L.Kings F.C. for a fine match.
