Spectators: 7225 (Terracing: 5420, Seating: 1662, VIP seats: 143) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Dito Moreira got the match started through his kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Luís Gustavo Guimarães during the 5th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of UsGuri booed when SE Saúva was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luís Gustavo Guimarães didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 7thth minute of the game Dito Moreira who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SE Saúva's Abelardo Senna was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Dito Moreira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Abelardo Senna tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Abelardo Senna made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Renatinho Domingues in the 11th minute of play. SE Saúva's Abelardo Senna played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tostão de Moraes in the 12th minute of play. After 13 minutes of play, UsGuri's Romeu Pernambucano made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Abelardo Senna was left in no man's land by his defense there! Abelardo Senna showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Romeu Pernambucano in the 18th minute of the match. SE Saúva's Abelardo Senna played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dito Moreira in the 21st minute of play. In the 22nd minute Tostão de Moraes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abelardo Senna saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, UsGuri's Artur Cosme got a free kick in the 26th minute. A collision led to SE Saúva getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Luís Gustavo Guimarães hit a great ball. Abelardo Senna came out of the goal in the 29th minute to try and stop a shot by UsGuri's Dito Moreira. But to his dismay, Dito Moreira quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. A collision led to SE Saúva getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Abelardo Senna made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dito Moreira in the 43rd minute of play. Abelardo Senna took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Renatinho Domingues, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tostão de Moraes's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Abelardo Senna read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 46th minute of play. Luís Gustavo Guimarães hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. In the 49th minute there was a penalty for UsGuri. Dito Moreira stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Abelardo Senna. 0-4. After the first half UsGuri were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Luís Gustavo Guimarães to make the kick off. After having played for 57 minutes, Dito Moreira managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. UsGuri's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dito Moreira was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 59th minute, Artur Cosme managed to get in a good position for a shot. UsGuri's supporters rose to their feet, but Artur Cosme was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Abelardo Senna breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 60th minute, UsGuri's Dito Moreira dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-5. Abelardo Senna was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 68th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Tostão de Moraes. After a rather tough play, SE Saúva's Luís Gustavo Guimarães got a free kick in the 69th minute. Tostão de Moraes got a throw-in 72 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Romeu Pernambucano. Romeu Pernambucano's late challenge caught a SE Saúva's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Romeu Pernambucano helped the player get up and apologised. Abelardo Senna made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dito Moreira in the 79th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dito Moreira got free with Abelardo Senna in the 83rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 85th minute, Renatinho Domingues got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Dito Moreira's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 87thth minute, Abelardo Senna skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. If Artur Cosme had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dito Moreira could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 90th minute of the match, but Abelardo Senna made a huge save. In the 91st minute, Renatinho Domingues left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The UsGuri fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-7. After 97 minutes, Dito Moreira made it 0-8 with a short kick to the right side. SE Saúva's Abelardo Senna tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. UsGuri's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
