Spectators: 6749 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1649, VIP seats: 100) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Filipe Mello kicked off to start the match. Abelardo Senna was out of position in the 4 minute of play, and Filipe Mello capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Filipe Mello really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Luís Gustavo Guimarães during the 11th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. SE Saúva's Abelardo Senna played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Filipe Mello in the 16th minute of play. Abelardo Senna made an important save on a dangerous shot by Luciano Trevisan in the 19th minute. Studi Antes's Filipe Mello got a good chance for a goal in the 21st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Luciano Trevisan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abelardo Senna having to interfere. Filipe Mello sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 30th minute, Luciano Trevisan left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Studi Antes fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Studi Antes's Luciano Trevisan got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Abelardo Senna came out of the goal in the 34th minute to try and stop a shot by Studi Antes's Luciano Trevisan. But to his dismay, Luciano Trevisan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Abelardo Senna showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Filipe Mello, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. Giovani Salles's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Abelardo Senna firmly grabbed it by the left post. When the match had gone on for 47 minutes, Filipe Mello took a quick shot and it went in 4-0 without a chance for Abelardo Senna to make any attempt to save it. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Luís Gustavo Guimarães to strike the kick off in the second half. Luís Gustavo Guimarães sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Abelardo Senna showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luciano Trevisan, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. Abelardo Senna showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Filipe Mello in the 59th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in SE Saúva's zone, Filipe Mello stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Abelardo Senna came out of the goal and Filipe Mello tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Abelardo Senna made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Giovani Salles in the 63rd minute of play. David Ramalho hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Filipe Mello in the 66th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Abelardo Senna saved SE Saúva from getting behind. After 70 minutes, Miguel Matorin mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Studi Antes and the SE Saúva players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 72nd minute, Luís Gustavo Guimarães got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Filipe Mello in the 74th minute of play forced SE Saúva's goalkeeper Abelardo Senna to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Abelardo Senna showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luciano Trevisan, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. Luciano Trevisan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 80 minutes into the match, Miguel Matorin notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of SE Saúva's Abelardo Senna. Abelardo Senna was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Filipe Mello in the 83rd minute of play forced SE Saúva's goalkeeper Abelardo Senna to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 88 minutes into the match, SE Saúva's goal looked a bit too open when Filipe Mello came free, but Abelardo Senna reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 88th match minute, SE Saúva was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luís Gustavo Guimarães to maneuver through the defense. Abelardo Senna made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luciano Trevisan in the 91st minute of play. Abelardo Senna showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luciano Trevisan, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. For all the effort they put into the match, the SE Saúva players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Studi Antes.
