Spectators: 7259 (Terracing: 5446, Seating: 1669, VIP seats: 144) Jeferson Moura started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. When Ladario's Léo Urbano in the 3rd minute got a chance for a shot 3rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Jacata EC's goalie prevented a goal. 13 minutes into the match, Ladario's goal looked a bit too open when Alfredo Neiva came free, but Reinaldo Ferreira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Téo Paraibano charged in rather forcefully in the 16th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Téo Paraibano the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Téo Paraibano hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. A collision led to Ladario getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Dieguinho Sabóia hit a great ball. In the 18th minute of the match Jerônimo Amaral shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Reinaldo Ferreira showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 20th minute of the match, Sidnei do Vale got a very nice opportunity to score, but Reinaldo Ferreira was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. If Jeferson Moura had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 26 minutes into the game, Alfredo Neiva cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Reinaldo Ferreira was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Reinaldo Ferreira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alfredo Neiva in the 35th minute of play. Dieguinho Sabóia kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. The attack was good, but when Sidnei do Vale in the 39th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. In the 41st minute Alfredo Neiva shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Reinaldo Ferreira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Léo Urbano managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ladario's supporters rose to their feet, but Léo Urbano was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Umberto de Mendonça breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jacata EC's Umberto de Mendonça played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Léo Urbano in the 45th minute of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Alfredo Neiva stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Reinaldo Ferreira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alfredo Neiva in the 61st minute of the match. Alfredo Neiva took the ball and in the 81 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Reinaldo Ferreira. Reinaldo Ferreira dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. After a defensive mix-up in Ladario's zone, Leopoldo Seco stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Reinaldo Ferreira came out of the goal and Leopoldo Seco tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Sidnei do Vale recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 96thth minute of the game Sidnei do Vale who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ladario's Reinaldo Ferreira was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the match clock showed 97 minutes, the score became 4-1 when Sidnei do Vale sped through Ladario's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Reinaldo Ferreira. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Jacata EC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Ladario had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
