Luiz Eduardo Mattos came out of the goal and Lucas de Andrade tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 6th minute Nildo Pereira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Romeu Oliveira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nildo Pereira recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 7th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling William de Godoi in the 11th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Luiz Eduardo Mattos prevented the ball from getting in the gole. OFF's Luiz Eduardo Mattos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by William de Godoi in the 29th minute of play. In the 33rd match minute, OFF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Túlio Moraes to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 34 minutes, William de Godoi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Zimbros AD's supporters crossed their fingers, but William de Godoi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, OFF's Horácio Mazza got a free kick in the 36th minute. Arí Moreira's long shot made the audience stand up and applaude when it rumbled by Luiz Eduardo Mattos on his right side and into the goal. 37 minutes into the game it was 0-2. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Horácio Mazza during the 46th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to OFF getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Horácio Mazza hit a great ball. In the 48th minute of the match Mateus Loyola sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Luiz Eduardo Mattos skillfully saved the ball.

Hortêncio Diniz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Romeu Oliveira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 59th minute, William de Godoi reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Luiz Eduardo Mattos. The goal made the score 0-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nildo Pereira in the 63rd minute of play forced Zimbros AD's goalkeeper Romeu Oliveira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If William de Godoi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by William de Godoi in the 69th minute of play forced OFF's goalkeeper Luiz Eduardo Mattos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nildo Pereira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When William de Godoi came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the Zimbros AD fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that William de Godoi couldn't finish the play. In the 91st minute, Zimbros AD's William de Godoi ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Luiz Eduardo Mattos. Luiz Eduardo Mattos yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-5. In the 96th match minute, Zimbros AD was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bebeto Sampaio to maneuver through the defense.
