Spectators: 6899 (Terracing: 5399, Seating: 1500, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Hernani Cardozo took the kick off in the first half of the match. When Frank Azevedo came up free with the goalie in the 4th minute, the Muleque de Vila fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Frank Azevedo couldn't finish the play. In the 5th match minute, EC Suga Osso was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luís Maranhense to maneuver through the defense. Cícero Pirani was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 9th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Thiago Sena. Hernani Cardozo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Cícero Pirani tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hélder Paraibano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Walmir de Alcântara in the 16th minute of the match. Hélder Paraibano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sandrinho Rocha, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Luís Maranhense came up free with the goalie in the 23rd minute, the EC Suga Osso fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luís Maranhense couldn't finish the play. Hélder Paraibano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sandrinho Rocha, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. The supporters of EC Suga Osso booed when Muleque de Vila was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adrianinho Abraão didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 34 minutes, Hernani Cardozo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. EC Suga Osso's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hernani Cardozo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Sandrinho Capixaba received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Cícero Pirani tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Luís Maranhense kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. In the 47th minute of the match Amauri Castro sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Hélder Paraibano skillfully saved the ball. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The wind increased when Sandrinho Rocha made the kick off in the second half. After 51 played minutes EC Suga Osso got a freekick which was hit by André Luís Neto. Walmir de Alcântara who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 52ndth minute tested the skills of Hélder Paraibano when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 54th minute Sandrinho Rocha shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hélder Paraibano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to EC Suga Osso getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. André Luís Neto hit a great ball. After 60 played minutes EC Suga Osso got a freekick which was hit by André Luís Neto. Walmir de Alcântara's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 63rdth minute, Hélder Paraibano skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 65th minute, Sandrinho Capixaba ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cícero Pirani was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Cícero Pirani showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sandrinho Capixaba in the 68th minute of the match. EC Suga Osso's Hélder Paraibano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sandrinho Rocha in the 71st minute of play. Sandrinho Capixaba fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cícero Pirani having to interfere. Sandrinho Capixaba sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Luís Maranhense hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in EC Suga Osso's zone, Sandrinho Rocha stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hélder Paraibano came out of the goal and Sandrinho Rocha tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 83rd minute of the match, Sandrinho Rocha tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Hélder Paraibano saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Walmir de Alcântara blasted a shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Hélder Paraibano having to make a save. In the 91st of the match, Sandrinho Rocha tried to place the ball in the upper right corner, but Hélder Paraibano got in the way and made a wonderful save. EC Suga Osso were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Muleque de Vila for a fine match.
