Horácio da Mata stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Júnior Amorim's shot from short distance in the 22nd minute. LiverFla's Horácio da Mata played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Júnior Amorim in the 24th minute of play. In the 56thth minute of the game Júnior Amorim who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but LiverFla's Horácio da Mata was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Horácio da Mata took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Júnior Amorim, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Júnior Amorim in the 70th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Horácio da Mata prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience was convinced that Júnior Amorim's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Horácio da Mata was relentless in the 74th minute of the game. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Cambuci FC fully deserved thier win.
