In the 2nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Terezinha AD's goalkeeper Yan Faria, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Belmiro Mangueira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Celso Paranaense came out of the goal in the 8th minute to try and stop a shot by Terezinha AD's Tomé Duarte. But to his dismay, Tomé Duarte quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After a rather tough play, Ondina EC's Hermínio Hermes got a free kick in the 12th minute. In the 13th minute of the match Juan Terra sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Celso Paranaense skillfully saved the ball. In the 15th minute Tomé Duarte shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Celso Paranaense saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 18th minute Tostão Galvão shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Celso Paranaense saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 19th minute, Oséias Netto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Celso Paranaense showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tostão Galvão, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Yan Faria acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 23rd minute, took the ball on the long shot from Rômulo Goiano. Zé Augusto Queirós hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. In the 33rd minute of the match Juan Terra shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Celso Paranaense showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After 36 played minutes Ondina EC got a freekick which was hit by Otávio de Castro. Celso Paranaense took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomé Duarte, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Celso Paranaense showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tostão Galvão, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Tomé Duarte managed to get in a good position for a shot. Terezinha AD's supporters rose to their feet, but Tomé Duarte was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Celso Paranaense breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Tomé Duarte fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Celso Paranaense having to interfere. Celso Paranaense made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomé Duarte in the 46th minute of play. With a little luck, Terezinha AD's Yan Faria got control of the ball when Belmiro Mangueira tried to sneak it across the goal line. The Ondina EC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Terezinha AD were winning 0-1.

After 51 played minutes Terezinha AD got a freekick which was hit by Délio Rodrigues. Terezinha AD's Yan Faria played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Belmiro Mangueira in the 54th minute of play. 58 minutes into the match, Terezinha AD's goal looked a bit too open when Inácio Valladares came free, but Yan Faria reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Inácio Valladares in the 60th minute of play forced Terezinha AD's goalkeeper Yan Faria to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Ondina EC's Celso Paranaense got control of the ball when Tostão Galvão tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 72nd minute Tomé Duarte shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Celso Paranaense saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 73rd minute, Belmiro Mangueira made a precise shot to the right of Yan Faria. Terezinha AD's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Inácio Valladares struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. Yan Faria didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ondina EC. In the 79th minute, Vitinho Hames hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tostão Galvão received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Celso Paranaense tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Ondina EC's zone, Tostão Galvão stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Celso Paranaense came out of the goal and Tostão Galvão tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 90 minutes into the game, one of Ondina EC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Celso Paranaense went to the wrong direction when Juan Terra was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tostão Galvão got free with Celso Paranaense in the 97th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Despite being the better team, Terezinha AD failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
