Campinho F.C's Joel Bueno managed to work through Clube Esportivo Pacheco's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bonifacio Maiorga in the 12th minute of play forced Clube Esportivo Pacheco's goalkeeper Chico Motta to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 18th minute Bonifacio Maiorga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Chico Motta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
