Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Nildo Correia started the match with the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 3rd minute, Fabinho Souza managed to get in a good position for a shot. Teteus's supporters rose to their feet, but Fabinho Souza was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Egídio Braga breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 5th minute Nildo Correia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Egídio Braga saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Tapejara's zone, Fabinho Souza stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Egídio Braga came out of the goal and Fabinho Souza tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nildo Correia in the 8th minute of play forced Tapejara's goalkeeper Egídio Braga to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fabinho Souza struck a weak shot in the 13th minute. Egídio Braga didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Teteus. After having played for 18 minutes, Vânderson Andrade managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tapejara's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vânderson Andrade was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Iuri Mello sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 26th minute Fabinho Souza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Egídio Braga saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Teteus getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Deivid da Silveira hit a great ball. Tapejara were awarded a corner in the 30th minute after Teteus's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Giovanni do Nascimento took the corner. The goalkeeper smacked the ball away after a great corner, but Ivo Vides advanced and headed the ball into goal, 1-0 in the 30th minute. A collision led to Teteus getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Elias Correia hit a great ball. Iuri Mello struck a weak shot in the 36th minute. Carlo Cruz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tapejara. A hard shot 38 in the game by Vânderson Andrade from a close distance when the talented Carlo Cruz managed to make a qualified save. Teteus's players were relieved. Carlo Cruz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Iuri Mello, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 43rd play minute Vânderson Andrade came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Carlo Cruz. 2-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Iuri Mello stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Carlo Cruz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Iuri Mello, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Iuri Mello sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Vânderson Andrade had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match clock showed 71 minutes, the score became 4-0 when Ivo Vides sped through Teteus's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Carlo Cruz. 74 minutes into the game, Vânderson Andrade cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Carlo Cruz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 81 minutes into the match, Teteus's goal looked a bit too open when Vânderson Andrade came free, but Carlo Cruz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Carlo Cruz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vânderson Andrade, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. Agostinho Dantas charged in rather forcefully in the 83rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Agostinho Dantas the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Agostinho Dantas hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. The supporters of Tapejara booed when Teteus was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luís Fabiano Peres didn't get a good kick on the ball. 88 minutes into the match, Vânderson Andrade had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Carlo Cruz. Teteus's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Vânderson Andrade was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-0. Vânderson Andrade recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 95th minute Iuri Mello shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carlo Cruz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. João Castro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 97th minute. Carlo Cruz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Tapejara fully deserved thier win.
