Levado Esporte Clube's Michel de Senna played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wellington Queirós in the 12th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Valério Barral kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Michel de Senna. That made the score 1-0 in the 14 minute of play. When Emílio de Queiroz fell near the penalty area in the 19th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Levado Esporte Clube's protests and gave Emílio de Queiroz a yellow card for diving instead. Michel de Senna acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 20th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Danilo Quirino. In the 23rd minute, Rapador AD's Wellington Queirós dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. A hard shot 27 in the game by Valério Barral from a close distance when the talented Michel de Senna managed to make a qualified save. Levado Esporte Clube's players were relieved. Oséas Novaes received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Michel de Senna came out and tried to block the shot, but Oséas Novaes slotted it home off the left post making it 3-0 in the 29th minute. Valério Barrals short, quick shot in the 32ndth minute got Michel de Senna to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 36th minute, Valério Barral reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Michel de Senna. The goal made the score 4-0. Oséas Novaes hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. Umberto do Nascimento's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Michel de Senna read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 40th minute of play. Deivid Nunes struck a weak shot in the 41st minute. Michel de Senna didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rapador AD. Jânio Bueno received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Carlos Alves tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Adelino Tande to make the kick off. In the 58th match minute, Levado Esporte Clube was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adelino Tande to maneuver through the defense. Michel de Senna took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Umberto do Nascimento, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Rapador AD's Wellington Queirós got a free kick in the 62nd minute. The supporters of Rapador AD booed when Levado Esporte Clube was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anselmo Damião didn't get a good kick on the ball.
