Gino Sampaio scored 0-1 in the 8th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Geovanni Marquez, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Pedro Luís Simões kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. Alfredo Prata might have been able to make a better finish in the 14th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Edgard Couto. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Alfredo Prata ran back to his position shaking his head. 16 minutes into the game, DiezicoFC's Alfredo Prata nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Edgard Couto made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. In the 19th match minute, DiezicoFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wilian Vasconcelos to maneuver through the defense. Gino Sampaio took the ball and in the 23 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Geovanni Marquez. Geovanni Marquez dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Wilson Alvarenga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Wilson Alvarenga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Creche Esporte Clube's zone, Nilmar Freire stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Edgard Couto came out of the goal and Nilmar Freire tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 34 minutes, André Luís Cerezo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the DiezicoFC and the Creche Esporte Clube players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 34 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for DiezicoFC! In the 35th minute there was a penalty for Creche Esporte Clube. Carlinhos das Neves stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Geovanni Marquez. 1-3. Nilmar Freire sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The DiezicoFC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Creche Esporte Clube were winning 1-3.

The wind increased when Gino Sampaio made the kick off in the second half. A collision led to DiezicoFC getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Cristian de Castro hit a great ball. After some careless play in the DiezicoFC defense, Gino Sampaio kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Geovanni Marquez. The DiezicoFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Geovanni Marquez should have stopped the shot. Edgard Couto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alfredo Prata, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. After 58 minutes, Alessandro Paraibano mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Creche Esporte Clube and the DiezicoFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Alessandro Paraibano hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. In the 59th minute of the match Sydney Donato shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Edgard Couto showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. When DiezicoFC's Alfredo Prata in the 61st minute got a chance for a shot 61st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Creche Esporte Clube's Edgard Couto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nilmar Freire in the 62nd minute of play. If Alfredo Prata had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alfredo Prata in the 68th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Edgard Couto prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alfredo Prata in the 69th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Edgard Couto saved Creche Esporte Clube from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nilmar Freire in the 70th minute of play forced Creche Esporte Clube's goalkeeper Edgard Couto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 71st minute, Wilian Vasconcelos had to leave the field with a concussion. After 71 minutes of play Creche Esporte Clube's Alessandro Paraibano was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Alessandro Paraibano hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. 75 minutes into the game, Gino Sampaio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Creche Esporte Clube's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave DiezicoFC the free kick. A collision led to Creche Esporte Clube getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Gino Sampaio hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alfredo Prata in the 77th minute of play forced Creche Esporte Clube's goalkeeper Edgard Couto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Geovanni Marquez made a fantastic save in the 79th minute, when Wilson Alvarenga sent off a good shot on target. Dênis Donatello sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 86th minute, Alfredo Prata got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jonas Rosa's late challenge caught a DiezicoFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jonas Rosa helped the player get up and apologised. Edgard Couto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alfredo Prata, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. When Alfredo Prata fell near the penalty area in the 95th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored DiezicoFC's protests and gave Alfredo Prata a yellow card for diving instead. Alfredo Prata kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match.
