Fernandinho Torres hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. 14 minutes into the match, Tuive's Richard Koehler broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Tuive's Acácio Sabóia got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 20th minute Lucas Loureiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rafael de Sena saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Tuive defense, Lucas Loureiro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rafael de Sena. The Tuive fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rafael de Sena should have stopped the shot. In the 25th minute Lucas Loureiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rafael de Sena saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Acácio Sabóia got free with Durval Borges in the 27th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In a very dangerous position, a player in Bocaiuval SS fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 29th minute. Penalty! In the 33rd minute, Tadeu Leal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bocaiuval SS's Durval Borges proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 35th minute of the match, managed to save Bocaiuval SS from getting a goal against them. Dieguinho Barros received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Rafael de Sena tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bocaiuval SS's Lucas Loureiro got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 42 played minutes Bocaiuval SS got a freekick which was hit by Dedé Capixaba. In the 43rd minute, Enrique Machado got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 45th minute, Acácio Sabóia got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Dedé Capixaba's late challenge caught a Tuive's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dedé Capixaba helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Bocaiuval SS's Dedé Capixaba got a free kick in the 47th minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Dieguinho Barros to make the kick off. When Cristian Tande came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the Tuive fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cristian Tande couldn't finish the play. After 57 minutes, Ricardinho Costa mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bocaiuval SS and the Tuive players grew even worse after the yellow card. 2-2 became the score in the 60th minute when Dieguinho Barros elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. When Leonardo Figueiredo fell near the penalty area in the 63rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bocaiuval SS's protests and gave Leonardo Figueiredo a yellow card for diving instead. Leonardo Figueiredo kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. Lucas Loureiro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 66th minute of the match, but Rafael de Sena made a huge save. The audience was convinced that Dieguinho Barros's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rafael de Sena was relentless in the 67th minute of the game. After 70 played minutes Bocaiuval SS got a freekick which was hit by Patrick Brodel. Bocaiuval SS's Dedé Capixaba got his second yellow card of the match in the 78th minute. After 80 played minutes, Tuive's Richard Koehler shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Durval Borges came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Tuive reached it. After a defensive mix-up in Bocaiuval SS's zone, Acácio Sabóia stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Durval Borges came out of the goal and Acácio Sabóia tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A hard shot 85 in the game by Lucas Loureiro from a close distance when the talented Rafael de Sena managed to make a qualified save. Tuive's players were relieved. Leonardo Figueiredo was shown his second yellow card after 88 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Acácio Sabóia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Durval Borges having to interfere. After 97 minutes, Albertinho Furtado mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bocaiuval SS and the Tuive players grew even worse after the yellow card. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Tuive fully deserved thier win.
