Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Fred Arósio started the match with the kick off. Fred Arósio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Jonathan de Amorim tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Adnipo FC's Luizinho Moreira got a free kick in the 9th minute. Adalberto Ferreira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 14th minute, Eriberto Salles made a precise shot to the right of Lauro Motta. Carranca SS's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. In the 17th minute, Adnipo FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Fred Arósio fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Lauro Motta stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Eriberto Salles's shot from short distance in the 19th minute. In the 22nd minute, Carranca SS's Fred Arósio dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. After 28 played minutes Carranca SS got a freekick which was hit by Tomás Aparecido. Eriberto Salles recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 31st match minute, Carranca SS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arlindo Furtado to maneuver through the defense. Lauro Motta came out of the goal in the 32nd minute to try and stop a shot by Adnipo FC's Dadá Jacinto. But to his dismay, Dadá Jacinto quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. 36 minutes into the match, Carranca SS's goal looked a bit too open when Dadá Jacinto came free, but Lauro Motta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jonathan de Amorim took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fred Arósio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Carranca SS's Erivaldo Miranda got a free kick in the 39th minute. In the 39th minute of the match Mathias Peres sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Lauro Motta skillfully saved the ball. Carranca SS's Lauro Motta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dadá Jacinto in the 42nd minute of play. After the first half Adnipo FC were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Eriberto Salles stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Adalberto Ferreira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 73rd minute Fred Arósio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan de Amorim saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 77 minutes into the match, Carranca SS's goalkeeper Lauro Motta had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dadá Jacinto. Lauro Motta made a fantastic save in the 79th minute, when Dadá Jacinto sent off a good shot on target. When Nelsinho Brodel fell near the penalty area in the 83rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Adnipo FC's protests and gave Nelsinho Brodel a yellow card for diving instead. Nelsinho Brodel kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 84th minute, Fred Arósio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Carranca SS's supporters rose to their feet, but Fred Arósio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jonathan de Amorim breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Adalberto Ferreira struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Jonathan de Amorim didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Carranca SS. In the 94thth minute of the game Eriberto Salles who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Carranca SS's Lauro Motta was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 94 minutes, Arlindo Furtado mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Carranca SS and the Adnipo FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Arlindo Furtado kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. In the 95th minute, Eriberto Salles got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Adnipo FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
