Emerson Pimenta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emanuel da Cunha having to interfere. Valdomiro Paraense didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Aloísio Maia went, in the 8th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Valdomiro Paraense stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Aloísio Maia's shot from short distance in the 12th minute. Guto Xavier took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 14th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Valdomiro Paraense. Melado AD's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After a rather tough play, Melado AD's João Adolfo Abreu got a free kick in the 16th minute. Valdomiro Paraense acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 17th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Kiko Koehler. When SIQUEIRA COSTA FC's Edinho Queirós in the 18th minute got a chance for a shot 18th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Emerson Pimenta in the 27th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Emanuel da Cunha prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Dênis Marquez hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. After 29 played minutes Carlos Cardoso shot from long distance. At first the shot seemed to be simple for SIQUEIRA COSTA FC's Emanuel da Cunha to catch but Carlos Cardoso was lucky. It became 1-1 after the goalkeeper had been careless and dropped the ball into goal. Emerson Pimenta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Melado AD's zone, Aloísio Maia stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Valdomiro Paraense came out of the goal and Aloísio Maia tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Aloísio Maia recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 48th minute, Edinho Queirós fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Valdomiro Paraense, passed just outside the right post. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Emerson Pimenta to make the kick off. If Hudson Sabóia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 55 minutes, Edinho Queirós managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SIQUEIRA COSTA FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Edinho Queirós was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Hudson Sabóia during the 66th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Melado AD booed when SIQUEIRA COSTA FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hudson Sabóia didn't get a good kick on the ball. After recieving a nice pass, Melado AD's Carlos Cardoso tried to score from far away in the 67th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Emerson Pimenta in the 72nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. Valdomiro Paraense didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Aloísio Maia went, in the 76th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. Emerson Pimenta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Edinho Queirós received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Valdomiro Paraense tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Edinho Queirós struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Valdomiro Paraense didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SIQUEIRA COSTA FC. Aloísio Maia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Valdomiro Paraense tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Melado AD's Valdomiro Paraense played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edinho Queirós in the 92nd minute of play. If Edinho Queirós had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. If Aloísio Maia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 100th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. For all the effort they put into the match, the Melado AD players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for SIQUEIRA COSTA FC.
